The rooms were airy and silent with the bedroom and a kettle plus Large Windows, no complains at all. The breakfast was very good, with the basic ingredients and the staff was cooperative. The location of the hotel was particularly good, close to the subway.

Quirky nice basic property with competent staff who is very friendly and ready to give you good service. New-fashioned standard room with views of the backyard. The location unbeatable and amazing handy to railway stations. And just off the reception as well as the metro station and the airport line.

Location near Bruxelles-Schuman train station and the EU institutions, Brussels-great location and trucks. Also, to the stop of the Bus to the airport. Airy and new-fashioned room with a lovely bed.

The location of this hotel is excellent, being close to both the Metro/Train station and the European Institutions. It is just a few minutes' walk away from the EU premises. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels in the area and they are very comfortable. The basic amenities are simple and minimalistic but clean. The staff at this hotel are also very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near Schuman metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The spacious and light-filled rooms had access to a lovely terrace with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast offered a great selection, including many healthy options.

Everything was just fine, no complaints.

A nicely located hotel (the nearest metro station is within 15-minute walk).

Since we were where for one night only we didn't face any problems exept for the fact that we were a group og 4 people and the room had 2 large beds with one blanket each.

Comfortable and clean room with a nice TV and plenty of channels. The bed and pillows were really nice. I also enjoyed the large size of the room. The hotel's location near the Metro station and EU Institutions was convenient. I had a pleasant stay at 9Hotel Chelton.

Superb location for eu business. You can walk to many institutions within 10 minutes. My room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, though 14eur is a bit too high.

Situated very close to European buildings. Good for going to EPSO competitions. Room was clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast room was nice enough. Good possibility to left luggage in storage place at hotel after check-out for all day. Nice hotel staff.

My room possibly was specific - out of normal corridor, up to back staircase. Doors were with big gaps. Noise from neighbours. Repairement have to be done in toilet and bathroom. Floor in room and doors squeaked very noisy. Fan did not work. Toillet paper was in symbolic amount only. In night electricity disappeared and did not come back in morning. At 7.00 in morning an escavator started to work under windows. If price would not be so high - then no problems. But I think for my specific room price was near twice high as it have to be. I only hope other rooms are better in this hotel.

As for me, the location was great, very close to bus stop to Brussels airport, a beautiful pack & fitness center, and the Grand Place. Really kind and nice staff did a great job.

The hotel was perfect for my business trip to the European Commission. The location, just a few stops on the metro from the city center, was convenient. The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and filled with natural light.
